These terms apply to the purchase and use of any pass for AffiliateCon India 2026, held at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) on May 29–30, 2026. By booking a pass you agree to be bound by these terms.
An Individual Pass admits one (1) named attendee. A Company Pass admits up to five (5) named attendees from the same organisation. Names must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated. Payment is required in full to confirm the booking. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued on payment.
Passes are transferable to another named attendee at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the event. Email tickets@affiliatecon.in with the new attendee's details.

We may need to cancel, postpone, or rescheduled the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, public health orders, venue issues). In that case we will offer:
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs.
All attendees, speakers, exhibitors and staff must comply with our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone in violation, without refund.
The event will be photographed and selected sessions will be recorded. By attending you consent to your image being used in our marketing and editorial materials. Opt-out is available at the registration desk (lanyard indicator).
AffiliateCon India is not liable for personal property loss, theft, or damage at the venue. We are not liable for travel costs, accommodation costs, or losses arising from delays or cancellations beyond the pass-fee refund described above.
Session recordings, slides, and materials are licensed for personal use by pass holders only. Redistribution, public re-streaming, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
