AffiliateCon India ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you register for or interact with AffiliateCon India 2026, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

When you book a pass, request a sponsor deck, apply to speak, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone number
• Your company and role
• For company bookings: attendee names and emails, GSTIN
• Dietary preferences and accessibility needs (if you provide them)
• Payment information (processed by our payment gateway, not stored by us)

2. Why we collect it

• To issue your pass and tax invoice
• To communicate event updates, agenda changes, and logistics
• To plan catering, accessibility, and seating
• To match you with relevant 1:1 networking
• To send post-event recordings & resources

3. Who sees your data

Inside the organisation: Our event team handling registration, logistics, and communications.

Outside: We share a limited attendee list (name + company only, no contact info) with sponsors as part of their package — unless you opt out at booking. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors we use: Razorpay (payments), Google Workspace (email), Notion (CRM), and the event-app provider (announced closer to the date).

4. Photography & recording

Photos and video at the event may capture attendees and be used for our marketing materials, recap content, and partner communications. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, tell us at registration desk and we'll provide a "do not photograph" indicator on your lanyard.

5. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies only (session, language preference). We don't use third-party advertising trackers. The event app may use analytics — its own privacy notice will be displayed on first launch.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. Email hello@affiliatecon.in with the subject line "Privacy request".

7. Retention

We keep your booking data for 3 years after the event for accounting and follow-up. Marketing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll email registered attendees ahead of the change.
