This policy explains when and how you can get a refund or transfer your pass.
Cancel on or before April 30, 2026 (30 days before the event) for a 100% refund of the pass fee. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
After April 30 and up to 48 hours before the event, your pass becomes fully transferable to any other attendee at no cost. Just email tickets@affiliatecon.in with:
We'll re-issue the pass and tax invoice to the new attendee.
If AffiliateCon India is cancelled by the organisers for any reason (force majeure, public health orders, venue issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund of the pass fee regardless of when cancellation occurs. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
If the event is postponed (rescheduled to a new date), you can choose between a full refund or a transfer of your pass to the new date.
Email tickets@affiliatecon.in from your booking email address with the subject line:
"Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Booking Ref]"
Include the reason if you'd like (helps us improve), but it's not required during the full-refund window.
Company Passes are refunded as a single unit, not per attendee. If only some of your 5 attendees can't make it, simply transfer those individual seats to others (see Section 2). The Company Pass itself follows the same cancellation timeline.
Sponsorship and booth contracts have their own cancellation terms specified in the sponsor agreement. See your signed agreement or contact partners@affiliatecon.in.
